I'm a music therapist and specialist attachment practitioner.
My therapeutic services are relationship and trauma informed. I work with children/young people, parents/carers, families and professional networks around them. My approach is neurodiversity affirming.

I’m passionate about working with families, supporting meaningful relationships, to feel better connected and to build resilience.
I have supported many families, including those who have experienced developmental trauma, neurodivergence, special educational needs. Many of these children/young people have co-occurring levels of needs.

I offer a creative and systemic approach, meaning my approach is supporting the child/young person at the centre, but also all of the important adults in their life. This includes family members, carers, schools and other professionals, in order to grow in their understanding of them. Having space to reflect and make sense of the way they respond and communicate, in order to encourage them to thrive and create positive change collaboratively.
